We are inviting children, pre-school age through 8th grade, to a BEACH PARTY: Surfing Through the Scriptures. The Vacation Bible School BEACH PARTY Program offers kids an opportunity to sing catchy songs, play team-building games in "Rockin Rec", nibble at the Snack Shack, and experiment in the "Surfin Sand Science Lab". Bible stories will encourage children to develop Beach BeAttitudes...Be obedient, Be kind, Be forgiving, Be bold, and Believe. So kid, big and small, sign up today! The BEACH PARTY Program is a fun, exciting way for children in the community to join together in games, crafts, snacks, and other activities, while gently reminding them of God's Word. The BEACH PARTY Vacation Bible School begins August 4th and continues through August 8th. Meet at the First Presbyterian Church of Hightstown each day from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon. For more information or to register, call (609) 448-0055 or email \n This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Again this year, the program is free; however, a $25 donation is greatly appreciated.

How Do You Build An Ark?Posted by Webmaster in Christian Ed, Announcements |
Come and find out! Actually we won't be building an ark but we will be having a great time trying. This will all happen at Camp Johnsonburg and you are all invited to join in the fun. There is no better time than now to join in the fun and see for yourselves how beautiful Camp Johnsonburg is and to experience the wonderful senses of humor of the people sitting in the pew next to you! The All Church Retreat can fulfill whatever need you have, whether it's a quiet interlude with nature, sharing ideas and activities at the workshops, singing great camp songs or laughing with new and old friends. The retreat has it all. The ACR will be held on May 31-June 1 at Camp Johnsonburg. The camp is only 90 minutes away from Hightstown in beautiful northern NJ. The air is crisp, the fish are plenty, and nature is at its loveliest. It truly is a destination of peace and joy. Cost this year is $65 per adult and children 17 and under are free. Brochures can be found in the Narthex. If you are interested in joining the "crew" on the Ark, and being a part of our "adventure", please see Gail Lord or Joan Newell.
