| Rise|A Community Service Partnership is the primary non-profit social service organization in eastern Mercer County. Founded in 1967 as the Community Action Service Center, it provides referral and support services to families and individuals in need. Offering a wide range of programs, it helps struggling members of our local community build independence and achieve their full potential. In 2006, it opened the Greater Goods Thrift Store as a social enterprise to serve the community and increase their financial independence with a generous grant from our Mission funds.
